GOOD LUCK FOR THE BRISTOL 10K
Once again this weekend of Bristol's 10K is upon us.
I've already had quite a few people in with aches and pains, some needing new trainers, some who haven't remembered to do their stretches and calves and hamstrings are starting to be problematic.
Whatever your problem help is at hand. But if you're looking for some stretches click onto the blog I did earlier to get some guidance on what you should be doing.
For any more advice on training, aches and pain just give us a buzz. If, thinking ahead you're keen to do another race and perhaps even longer, don't forget to get good nutritional advice and core stability exercises into your training programme with pay dividends.
