WHAT IS SPORTS MASSAGE AND HOW WILL IT HELP YOU

Ok, so here are the facts on sports massage!!  First and foremost it’s important to know that you don’t need to be sporty to have one.  
The reason we call it sports massage is more to refer to the pressure of massage that’s applied, it’s definitely not pampering, as the pressure is fairly deep aimed at releasing/freeing up ‘knotted’ or tight muscles or tissue.   
Who comes for Sports Massage
People who have tension in their neck and shoulders possibly due to work, study, driving, etc
People who are preparing for a race and want to be as flexible as they can;
People who have been advised or know that tight muscles are affecting their flexibility/performance whether just day to day basis or in their sports or activity will benefit;
People who enjoy DIY or manual stuff such as gardening but get low level aches and pains and/or tight muscles 
These are just some of the types of things that sports massage can help with.
