WEDDING FLOWERS & THE PHYSIO PLACE. THE LINK IS...

Just back from a week away doing flower arranging for weddings!! 5 days of 10-3, how dreamy is that!!, doing flowers, chatting, learning something new and having a chance to be creative.  Not a limb or treatment technique in sight this is a whole different experience to a physio course!

Anyway where was I.....Monday morning I arrived at The Sussex Flower School and was greeted by the completely lovely Georgia who runs the courses.  Her perfect school is Homes & Gardens picture perfect, complete with glowing wood burner, flowing fresh coffee and scrummy brownies.  If only every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday..... started this way :-).

We spent the week learning how to do a bridesmaid's posy, a buttonhole, a brides hand-tied and (much more challenging) wired bouquet.  A pedestal arrangement and table decoration was also on the agenda with the most gorgeous array of vintage colours.

So, you may ask, why am I blogging this on my physio website....good question....well with the business side of me ticking away throughout the week I was wondering what the link could be and it's this, it's about getting fit and trim for your wedding!
