So if you are in pain, lacking flexibility, too flexible, struggling to get the best out of your sport etc it may be that your feet are a contributing factor.

I know many people that run this race are seasoned runners but just in case you're not I've put down a few handy hints to ensure that you're well prepared for the challenge and excitement of the day.

As those who have suffered with it know only too well, it can affect every aspect of your life from sleep to getting dressed, work, sport etc.

Unfortunately I can't put myself in this bracket, more a spectator than a runner of this distance, I teamed up with Up &amp; Running Bristol and headed down to College Green bright and early.....well 0720 is pretty early for a Sunday!! I don't think he's planning on doing any clinical work however a bit of reception cover may be required if we get short staffed!!  

The purpose of taking him on board is solely for advice/education and entertainment and he seems to be proving a hit with children and adults alike!

Set up a table in the street with spine and leaflets, drinks and biscuits.
